Materials and preparation require a commitment of money and time on my part. I limit the number of attendees to live events so when you cancel others lose the ability to attend and I would lose the income from your attendance not having time to resell your position. This causes loss injury and harm. Therefore, I ask for your commitment to, donate for, and attend your event. You may reschedule to any other available event dates for free. You may request private training that can be scheduled at any available time so that it fits your availability.
All payments are non-refundable. With your purchase, you receive 14 day membership to the TINYGIANTLIFE private member association and Alternative building workshop training provided by SCOTTY DANIEL ALLEN™. The benefit of membership includes access to rent rooms for additional payment and property access. Membership payment are donations and non refundable, No refunds, no chargebacks, no cancellation for any reason. You may reschedule to attend another scheduled event or exchange it for private training at Terlingua [$400 PER DAY], consulting, and floor plans [$116 per hour]. In the event, you choose to claim fraud, unauthorized credit card charge or any other action resulting in chargeback you accept liability to repay the full amount plus court fees plus fees for time spent in court. Payments:
Donations and Deposits for any event are non-refundable donations without recourse. Live Life Church and Tiny Gaint Life are 508(c)(1)(a) non-profit organization your donations are tax deductible and you may request a donation receipt. I agree with any donation I am receiving membership in the member association for a 14-day private membership with TainyGainatLife.biz; a 508(c)1(a) Religious Non-Profit organization. We, at TinyGiantLife reserve the right to cancel any event or service;
If for any reason we stop offering these training events and this makes rescheduling impossible we reserve the right to refund your money in full and cancel your event.
We reserve the right to refuse anyone for any reason membership, training, service, workshops and access without refund. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time and changes become effective nun pro tunc. We expect attendees to be respectful of everyone present. Excessive drug or alcohol use during the event is prohibited. You are responsible for your safety. We will ask you to leave, without a refund, if you act in a manner I believe is unsafe for you or anyone attending the event.
Insurance is your responsibility:
You understand no insurance is provided for your physical safety and accept full health and financial responsibility for any and all damages to your body and property for any reason without recourse. You agree to purchase travel insurance that covers your health and accidents!
Attendance:
You must attend or reschedule your attendance within 18 months after purchase. Failure to attend results in the loss of access to the events and loss of membership, monu paid and access to workshops.

Nothing stated is intended as advice, constituting legal advice, and is not provided with any warranties, express or implied; Accountability for the actions, injury, death, damage resides entirely with you; No Damage resulting from the actions, inaction, neglect of Daniel Allen, intentional, unintentional, by neglect and otherwise will be held against Daniel Allen neither will any person attending the event be held liable; tinygiantlife.biz is not liable; You waive the right to receive damages in any form; including money, lien, property, real estate or otherwise; You waive all legal rights legal and otherwise to a trial; You waive the right to all privileges and benefits under your government to take legal actions of any type against SCOTTY DANIEL ALLEN™ and tinygianylife.biz; You agree to claim all responsibility for damages, injury, claim, tort and otherwise; You agree that in the event legal decisions are made in your favor it the favor of government actions as a result of your information witness or interaction or resulting from complaints or information filed with any agency you will repay SCOTTY DANIEL ALLEN™ seven times the value of the amount awarded by any court in any jurisdiction in the form of postal money order, bitcoin, or gold within 90 days of the judgment as compensation for damages resulting in violation of the terms of this contract.
Restriction of Jurisdiction; Notice of foreign jurisdiction;
Other than as expressly represented herein, you agree that no section of the Contract shall be assumed to constitute a voluntary election by any of the parties thereto to submit the Contract or the said parties to any venue of law, jurisdiction, court or tribunal, other than the agreement of the parties as stated hereunder;
You agree that the Contract shall not be deemed to be subject to the laws of any Government, corporation, any State, political subdivision thereof, or any legal fiction, procedural phantom, political construct, or any other jurisdiction outside this land, real or imagined unless such election is voluntarily made in writing by the Claimant/Libellant or his/her agent(s). You agree that no person(s) shall have any authority to control any decision regarding the Contract; no powers, interest or authority to amend, alter, modify or terminate the Contract are granted to any part, person, individual, agency, court or entity, real or imagined, other than as expressly represented hereunder, and no such powers, interest or authority shall be assumed; all such powers, interest and authority being expressly prohibited hereunder. You agree that any representation by any party, person, individual, agency, court or entity, real or imagined, that any such powers, interest or authority exists shall be deemed a confession by the representing party/entity to joining the contract pursuant to the terms herein for which the Joinder Fee has been established herein at Ten Million United States Dollars per each such event.
Joining the Contract
It is agreed that a joinder fee shall be established in the amount of Ten Million United States Dollars per each action, of a party to this transaction at the time it was made, which attempts to impair this Contract or stultify any of the parties thereto (i.e. attorneys, judges, and any other party/person); and that this fee shall be due from the joining party immediately. It is agreed that any party that fails to timely pay a True Bill agrees to a right of lien having been created and perfected against that party. Further, user of trademark is forbidden.
Arbitration, recourse, lawsuits
I waive all rights and entitlement to Arbitration, recourse, lawsuits, damages without limit and without recourse.
By submitting donation [payment] you are signing and agree to be bound to this contract and to all terms herein; you that you are a private man/woman. You agree you are waiving all rights, privileges, benefits under statutory legislation including the right to any trial; without recourse;

Arbitration :
Any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this contract, or the breach thereof, use of trade mark, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration in accordance with its Commercial {or other} Arbitration Rules, and judgement on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof, namely the United States District Court for District of Texas. Rules for arbitration: All arguments will be non-oral submitted in writing, The Case will be decided within 90 days. Finding of the arbitrator are binding and final and may be enforced by state and federal courts. Arbitrator will have no less than 10 years experience in contract law and equity. Arbitration fees will be paid by the loosing party.
Failure to cure within 72 hours will constitute, as an operation of law, the FINAL admission of the facts set forth in this Presentment by Respondent(s) through tacit procuration to the Presentment and the whole matter shall be deemed res judicata and stare decisis.
