By Acquiring AudEscapes, Inc./ SnorEraser digital products you agree to the following:
Rights Granted To You
Upon your legally acquiring AudEscapes, Inc. digital content, AudEscapes, Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the digital content for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use, subject to and in accordance with all of the terms of use herein. You may copy, store, transfer and burn the digital content only for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use, subject to and in accordance with these terms of use.
You are granted these rights only when you are paid in good standing. Upon non-payment, refund, chargeback, or any other condition of underpayment and/or non-payment, all rights otherwise granted are officially terminated and you agree to permanently remove and destroy all AudEscapes, Inc. content from all of your storage locations and any shared locations immediately.
Restrictions
You represent, warrant and agree that you will use AudEscapes, Inc digital content only for your personal, non-commercial, entertainment use and not for any redistribution of the digital content or any other unauthorized use. You agree not to infringe the rights of the AudEscapes, Inc., the copyright owners and to comply with all applicable laws in your use of the digital content. Except as set forth in Section 1 above, you agree that you will not redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, license or otherwise transfer or use the digital content. You are not granted any synchronization, public performance, promotional use, commercial sale, resale, reproduction or distribution rights for the digital content. You acknowledge that the digital content embodies the intellectual property of AudEscapes, Inc. and is protected by law.
Content
By acquiring and / or using AudEscapes, Inc. digital content, you agree that AudEscapes Inc., AudEscapes Inc.’s officers, administrators, staff, members, employees, shareholders and/or any associates of AudEscapes, Inc. are not and will not be held liable for damages of any kind, which may result from usage and/or usage choices of the user(s). The digital content you are purchasing, acquiring and/or using may be suitable for the purpose of sound masking and therefore may have the capability of masking such sounds as may be necessary to warn a user of hazardous or potentially hazardous situations and/or events. You further agree that you [the user] are responsible for using the digital content at your own risk and that such usage choices as, but not restricted to volume level, actual listening devices used and environmental setting during said use are solely at the discretion of the user. You agree that you are aware of the fact that listening to any audio media at excessive volume levels can be damaging to your hearing and that you are solely responsible for using any AudEscapes, Inc. digital content in a safe manner. You agree that it is solely your duty to know and understand any and all necessary safety information prior to using or consenting any other person to use AudEscapes, Inc. digital content.

I understand that the SnorEraser product(s) which I am purchasing are digital audio products which are immediately available upon successful purchase and that are acquired by downloading and/or installing only.
I also understand that nothing will be shipped to me unless otherwise specifically stated as such.

I am aware that AudEscapes, Inc. provides extensive online and personal help resources, including a helpdesk ticketing system for my use. And that AudEscapes, Inc. is dedicated to providing exceptional customer care services.
I agree to submit all initial questions, comments, concerns, requests, etc.. directly to SnorEraser Customer Care, available at:
customer_care@snoreraser.com rather than submission/mitigation services as may be offered by third-party payment gateways such as, but not limited to PayPal, Stripe, Authorize.net, etc..
I will resort to using these services only after I have legitimately attempted to resolve any questions, comments, concerns, requests, etc.. directly with SnorEraser Customer Care.
