AGREEMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS: For the Following : Please read carefully for preset purchases, Blooming Light subscriptions, Floral Overlays and education. Scroll down until you find what pertains to your purchase.
SUBSCRIBERS :
PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT: Subscriber agrees to pay monthly payments of $24.99 + any taxes until subscriber terminates agreement. Paisley Ann Photography is not responsible for negligence of forgetting about reoccurring monthly payments. Subscriber can be removed from either platform without notice if they are failing to follow code of conduct, with no refund. Subscription starts on day of first payment and will renew on the same date in the months to follow.
CANCELLATION: Subscriber understands that by entering into this agreement, he or she will recieve no refunds. You may cancel the subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for any reason. You will be removed from the group after cancellation.
Integrity/Honesty AGREEMENT: This agreement contains the understanding that the content shared by Paisley Ann Photography is for subscribers ONLY. The content inside the Instagram group/educational platform is not to be duplicated, shared, screenshot for sharing, sold or repurposed as your own work. Legal action will be taken against those who break the contract and will result in immediate removal from all platforms. There will be no refunds.
PRESET / EDITING TOOLS / COURSE PURCHASES/FORAL OVERLAYS :
Permission is hereby granted, as purchased, to any person purchasing a copy of the Presets, Actions or Brushes, to use, study, and modify for personal/business use. However, you MAY NOT redistribute, and sell modified and unmodified copies of the Preset(s). NO SELLING ALLOWED.
*Floral overlays may not be edited and sold as your own. You may only use them to enhance your photography as overlays.* FAILURE to comply will result in legal action.
DUE TO THE NATURE OF THESE PRODUCTS, THESE PURCHASE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. There will be absolutely NO REFUNDS to those who purchase the wrong items. Please be careful and verify your choices before purchasing.
