The AirCleaner Personal has shipping damage insurance and a 1-year warranty that covers any malfunctioning of the fan or speed regulator.
If your AirCleaner Personal stops working please contact technical support at airtechsupport@developpa.io or AirDeveloppa Facebook Page for a free replacement of broken parts.
Return Policy: We can only accept back full returns if the HEPA filter has not been opened and used. This is to guarantee that customers only get brand new filters and for general hygiene (think about sharing a toothbrush with a stranger!). Furthermore, if a refund is processed, AirDeveloppa will return the full amount minus the credit card processing fee.
