Welcome to HER Professional Consulting d/b/a/ Trenice J. Brinkley. We do not offer refunds on any purchases, but we do offer exchanges, provided that the item is unused and in its original packaging. Please note that once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or have items switched or swapped, unless the order has not been shipped yet.

All sale items are final sale, and we encourage you to double-check your address and email during checkout to ensure that they are entered correctly. Please note that we receive a high volume of emails, so if you enter incorrect information, we may not be able to catch it in time, and you may have to pay an additional shipping charge to correct the issue. We cannot respond to inquiries about availability and restocks via email, so please join our email mailing list to be notified when restocks are available.

Discount codes cannot be combined on orders and must be applied at the time of purchase. We cannot apply discounts after an order has been completed. If you experience any problems with a discount code, please contact us at trenicejbrinkley@icloud.com before placing your order.

If you would like to add insurance to your shipment, you can do so for an additional charge. Please contact us via email immediately after placing your order, but before a tracking number has been printed. Once a tracking number has been printed, insurance cannot be added. Please note that damage caused by applying, wearing, or cleaning the item is not covered for replacement.

At HER Professional Consulting, we organize events and sell various items such as products, courses, webinars, digital downloads, and merchandise. We reserve the right to make changes to these items before the event date. To protect our vendors, sponsors, and swag bag advertisers, we have a non-compete clause in place. Please note that the prices for vendors and swag bag advertising do not include an event ticket.

For digital orders, downloads will be delivered electronically from our system. Please allow 5-10 minutes for the system to send you your download files. Physical items will take 5-10 business days to arrive, and shipping delays may occur due to unforeseen shipping circumstances. Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handled through the U.S. Postal Service, as the order is now in their possession. You can contact the U.S. Postal Service at www.usps.com or (800)275-8777.

If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will need to contact your post office, as that is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to correct a delivery issue. Delivery issues, including damage, theft, and misdeliveries, must be handled through the U.S. Postal Service.

We strongly encourage you to add insurance to your shipments if you have had issues with the postal service. If you would like to add insurance to your order, please contact us via email immediately after placing your order, prior to a tracking number being printed for your order. Once the tracking number has been printed, insurance cannot be added.

Please note that all courses and webinars links and downloads will be sent to you via email. Our content may not be duplicated or reproduced without permission.
