2 UPON ENROLMENT
2.1 The Student will pay the course fee to the College.
2.2 If the option is taken to pay in instalments, then the Student agrees that the monthly fee will be automatically debited from the credit or debit card designated when enrolling onto their course. The Student will be made aware of the instalment option for the chosen course via email. The Student must ensure that funds are in their account ready for collection on the correct day of the month which is automatically scheduled as the same date of enrolment.
When paying by instalments, all students are subject to the same cancellation policy of 7 day as those that pay in full (see clause 7.1). Once this 7-day period has passed, the instalments which are set up cannot be cancelled and students are liable to continue with payments. Under no circumstances can instalments be cancelled after the 7-day cancellation period has passed. Should a student be paying for a course through instalments, certification is not requested until the student has paid all the monthly fees. If a student wishes to pay off the remainder of the instalments to get their certification, then this can be arranged by request.
Should any instalment payment fail, then the College has the right to charge a £20 administration fee. Should an instalment remain unpaid after 14 days of the agreed date of collection, then the remainder of instalments will become immediately payable and a £35 administration charge will be applied to your account. Should funds remain unpaid, after 30 consecutive days from the initial failed monthly instalment, the College has the right to instruct external agencies to collect these fees from students. In this case 10% will be added to the remaining balance outstanding to cover administration and collections fees.
2.3 The College will make available for the Student a set of Course Materials for the Course(s) that they have enrolled onto. The College will provide a username and password for the Student to access the material via the online campus within 48 hours of enrolment and /or dispatch a hard copy to their registered address within 7 days if ordered.
2.4 The College will ensure that the Student is allocated a Personal Course Tutor.

3 DURATION OF ENROLMENT
3.1 Enrolment will last:
(a) 6 months for the Nutrition & Health course
(b) 12 months for the Weight Management Consultancy course
(c) 12 months for the Iridology course
(d) 18 months for the Nutritional Consultancy course
(e) 24 months for each part 1 & 2 of the Nutritional Therapy course

4 TERMINATION OF ENROLMENT
4.1 Enrolment may end at the College’s discretion after either of the following events:
(a) if the Student fails to submit work, or make contact, with the College during any 6-month period after their enrolment date.
(b) the duration of enrolment (as described in Clause 3) has expired.
4.2 In the event of the Student requesting a re-enrolment to continue with their studies following a termination of enrolment according to clause 4, the Student will incur an admin fee of 20% of the course fee at the time of re-enrolment.
4.3 Enrolment will end in any event when the Student has received the Diploma(s) or Certificates applicable to the Course(s).

5 COURSE FEES
All Course Fees quoted (whether on the College’s website, application form or subsequently in writing) are only valid for acceptance for 30 days and are inclusive of any applicable value added tax.

6 THE COURSE MATERIALS
6.1 The Course Materials supplied will correspond with their description on the College’s website.
6.2 The College reserves the right to change the content of the Course Materials without prior consultation for the purposes of updating and improving them, however any changes made will not diminish the content nor fundamentally alter the nature of the Courses(s).
6.3 Copyright exists in the Course Materials and they may not be copied (in whole or part), lent, assigned or used by anyone else other than the Student without the College’s prior written consent

7 RIGHT TO CANCEL
7.1 The Student has a seven-day cooling-off period (starting from the first day of Enrolment) during which she/he may cancel Enrolment by notifying the College in writing or by email. If the Student exercises this right, Enrolment will end and all obligations under these terms and conditions (except for those referred to in clause 7.2 & 7.3) will cease.
7.2 If the student exercises the right to cancel (as in 7.1 above), the Student should return the course materials to the College in the same condition they were in when the College sent them to the Student (so that they can be resold by the College to another student) and provided she/he does so, the College will refund all fees paid by her/him. If the Student fails to return the course materials or returns them in a poor condition, the College may (without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to it) retain from any fees paid by the Student a reasonable sum to pay for the costs of recovering the materials from the Student or for the value of the course materials.
7.3 Due to the nature of digital courses, as soon as you download, access or stream content from the Online Learning System, you will lose your right to the 7-day right to cancel the course.

8 GENERAL
8.1 Enrolment is governed by these terms and conditions to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions and no variation of them will be effective unless agreed in writing by the College.
8.2 Enrolment is governed by English law and is subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, the validity of the other provisions of these terms and conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.
8.3 Whilst the College has a policy of assisting all students with disabilities to complete their studies, it is nevertheless incumbent upon the student to be competent enough to complete the course and to exercise a duty of care towards their clients or patients.
