Temporal Mechanics is a new proposed way of examining physical phenomena in using a zero-dimensional number theory. Specifically, Temporal Mechanics uses the mathematical object description of zero-dimensionality for time and space, namely time as a moment and space as a point. The result of such is the derivation of zero-dimensional number theory equations matching known equations of physical phenomena, presenting here the case for "Zero Quantum Gravity".
