It's time to make YOUR health habits a priority. After spending years taking care of others, prioritizing your needs may seem foreign. This course will teach you to create a system for organizing your daily activities and CREATING time for you health habits. "They" say it takes 21 days to create a new habit and 90 days to create a lifestyle. You will work side by side with Dr. Perlman for a full 90 days with accountability to keep going until your habits become automated.
