Do you agree to the following terms and conditions of purchase?

1. Acceptation des Conditions : En achetant un certificat-cadeau auprès de Soins Studio Sculptor Inc, le client accepte d'être lié par ces Termes et Conditions. Veuillez les lire attentivement avant de finaliser votre achat.
2. Utilisation du Certificat : Les certificats sont valides pour l'achat de biens et services offerts dans notre emplacement physique. Ils peuvent être utilisés pour payer tout traitement ou produit de soin disponible au moment de la rédemption.
3. Période de Validité : Chaque certificat est valide pour une période de trois (3) mois à partir de la date d'achat. Après cette date, le certificat ne pourra plus être utilisé et ne fera l'objet ni de renouvellement ni de remboursement.
4. Non-Remboursable : Les certificats ne sont pas remboursable et ne peuvent être échangés contre de l'argent en partie ou en totalité. Ils ne sont pas soumis à un droit de retour ou d'annulation une fois achetés.
5. Achat et Rédemption : Les certificats doivent être utilisés en une seule transaction, soit pour un montant supérieur et le solde payé par le titulaire du certificat, soit comme paiement partiel pour une transaction de plus grande valeur. Aucun changement ou crédit ne sera accordé pour les parties inutilisées d'un certificat.
6. Transférabilité : Les certificats sont transférables et peuvent être offerts à des tiers. Ils ne peuvent cependant pas être revendus.
7. Perte ou Vol de Certificats : Nous ne sommes pas responsables en cas de perte, de vol, de destruction ou d'utilisation non autorisée d'un certificat et aucun remplacement ne sera fourni dans ces circonstances.
8. Conformité aux Lois : La vente et la rédemption des certificats sont soumises à toutes les lois et réglementations applicables. Les certificats ne peuvent être utilisés à des fins illégales ou non autorisées.
9. Modifications des Termes et Conditions : Nous nous réservons le droit de modifier ces termes et conditions sans préavis. La version actuelle des termes et conditions sera disponible sur notre site web.
10. Loi Applicable : Ces termes et conditions seront régis et interprétés conformément aux lois de la province de Québec et aux lois du Canada applicables en la matière.

1. Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing a gift certificate from Soins Studio Sculptor Inc, Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your purchase.
2. Certificate Use: Certificates are valid for the purchase of goods and services offered at our physical location. They may be used to pay for any treatment or skincare product available at the time of redemption.
3. Validity Period: Each Certificate is valid for three (3) months from the date of purchase. After this date, the Certificate will no longer be usable and will not be subject to renewal or refund.
4. Non-Refundable: Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full. They are not subject to any right of return or cancellation once purchased.
5. Purchase and Redemption: Certificates must be redeemed in a single transaction, either towards a higher value and the balance paid by the Certificate holder, or as a part-payment for a transaction of greater value. No change or credit will be given for unused portions of a Certificate.
6. Transferability: Certificates are transferable and may be gifted to third parties. They cannot, however, be resold.
7. Lost or Stolen Certificates: We are not responsible if a Certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
8. Compliance with Laws: The sale and redemption of Certificates are subject to all applicable laws and regulations. Certificates may not be used for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
9. Amendments to Terms and Conditions: reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice. The current version of terms and conditions will be available on our website.
10. Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
